Tinubu Lobbied By Bello To Help Stall Natasha’s Appeal Victory

Ahead of Court of Appeal ruling to decide the authentic winner of Kogi Central senatorial election, EReporterNews learnt Governor Yahaya Bello has dragged Kogi first class chiefs to lobby President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to influence the ruling and stop Barr. Natasha Akpoti of PDP from emerging.

The Governor allegedly dragged all the 6 Ohi in his home town of Kogi Central namely Ohi of Adavi, Okengwe, Okene, Ihima, Eika and Eganyi and some prominent personalities who have been in Abuja for the past two days trying to see Mr. President to convince him to influence the Appeal Court ruling in favor of his anointed candidate.

Bello is trying to convince the president that Natasha’s victory in Appeal Court will affect the success of the APC in the upcoming Novermber governorship poll in the state.

Recall that Kogi State Election Petition Tribunal in its ruling in September 6 declared Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan as the authentic winner of the election.
