NKFI Rector, Williams Oluwatoyin gets recognition for repositioning institution

The Rector, Nigeria -Korea Friendship Institute, Williams Charles Oluwatoyin on Thursday was presented an award in recognition of his repositioning of the Nigeria -Korea Friendship Institute, Lokoja for more excellent learning services barely a year he assumed office.

The award was presented to the Rector per excellence by the Executive governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello who was ably represented by the state commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones at the Kogi @32, Nigerian post public lecture and awards event.

It is without mincing words that the Rector who would be marking his first year anniversary as the administrative head of the all important technical and vocational institute in September has brought his wealth of experience into reviving, rejuvenating and repositioning the institute and several enviable achievements have since been recorded under his leadership.

The event witnessed the delivery of a lecture by the Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Lokoja Prof. Akinwunmi Olayemi which was titled Kogi @32:Sustaining Unity, peace of the confluence, This house must not fall. Awards were also presented to several distinguished and reputable citizens of Kogi state for their numerous contributions in their respective climes.
