NKFI management visits, felicitates with Hon. Wemi Jones on birthday

…describes him as an astute, workaholic administrator, congratulates him on reappointment

The Rector Nigeria-Korea Friendship Institute of Vocational and Advanced Technology, Williams Charles Oluwatoyin on Tuesday was joined by top management of the Institution in a pleasant birthday felicitation visits to the Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Honourable Wemi Jones.

The Rector who made pleasant remarks to celebrate the tireless commissioner used the opportunity to again congratulate him on his re appointment while he described him as an astute and workaholic administrator who has committed himself to the service of the state, his people and has laboured vigorously to lead the dynamic growth that has been witnessed in the education sector.

He specially on that very occassion thanked the Commissioner for the several contributions which he has made in moving the vocational and Technical institution forward noting that Hon. Wemi Jones has solidly supported NKFI and his own personal drive to reposition the institution into greater efficiency.

He said “We bring this birthday pleasantaries on behalf of the Governing Board, Academic Board, Management, Staff and students of the Nigeria-Korea Friendship Institute of Vocational and Advanced Technology. We are grateful to God for your life and all that God has bestowed on you. You are an outstanding administrator and your dedication to work in the Education sector, has spurred us towards greater performances”

The Rector said Hon. Wemi’s revolutionary efforts in the education sector during the leadership of Governor Yahaya Bello led to his re appointment in the new government of Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo indicating a firm recognition of his value and his leadership acumen.

He prayed for God to continue to guide the Commissioner, grant him more wisdom to steer the affairs of the Ministry to a greater and enviable heights.
