Rector NKFI commends Gov. Ododo’s sensitivity to citizenry’s plight through quarterly food palliative

The Rector, Nigeria-Korea Friendship institute of vocational and Advanced Technology, Williams Charles Oluwatoyin has commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo over what he described as sensitivity to the plight of the citizenry through the initiative of a quarterly palliative distribution.

The Rector in a press statement said governor Ododo on Tuesday flagged off the distribution of over 50 trucks of rice directly to citizenry where he also political appointees to stay clear of the palliative or face severe punishment.

Rector William said the current economic realities require the right response from respective states and governor Ododo following in the foot steps of his predeccesor to provide food palliative to the people with a promise to ensure that the quarterly intervention gets to those who needs the intervention the most.

He added that the governor was already putting himself out as a compassionate leader who not understands the plight of the people but responses promptly in a bid to succour the people’s plight.

While the Rector prayed for God to bestow wisdom on the governor to lead the state in such a difficult time he urged him not to relent on monitoring the implementation of the palliative distribution.
