Plateau state speaker Peter Azi has been impeached.
Member representing JOS East Joshua Mandaki is now the new speaker.
As at the time of filing this report , the reasons for his impeachment is yet to be know.
It would be recalled that E-Reporter News reported on the 4th of July that the now former speaker will face impeachment the next day.

Member representing JOS East in the state house of assembly Joshua Madaki in now the new speaker.
The speaker was said to have be impeached along with the majority leader Henry Yenkwap.
