Buhari can work from any office he so desires, presidents’ aide declares

In response to a tweet by Premium Times that president Buhari is avoiding his Aso Rock office, personal assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on new media, Bashir Ahmad has reacted to the tweet report that Buhari has spent 81 days after returning  from a medical vacation in the United Kingdom and running the office of the president from outside Aso Villa.

Recall that upon return from the United Kingdom, President Muhammadu Buhari announced his decision to work from home pending when renovation work will be completed on his Aso-Rock office which according to presidential aides, had been infested by rodents while the president was away in the UK.

The Premium Times report alleged the President is avoiding his main office due to spiritual reasons.

However, Ahmad took to social media to debunk the story, stating categorically that the president was presiding over a meeting in the same office.

“For Your Information: President Muhammadu Buhari is currently presiding over an Armed Forces Council Meeting in this particular office you’re talking about.”
