Contrary to speculation that President Mohammad Buhari Will chair the Federal Executive Council Meeting today, the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo is the one presiding over the meeting.
No reason has been given so far for why president Buhari, who was initial expected to preside over the meeting is absent.
