John Bull Shakarau Decry Infrastctural Decay In Plateau state

A governorship aspirant under People’s Democratic party in plateau state, John Bull Shakarau has decried the level of infrastructural decay in the state for the past 3 years the All Progressive Congress (APC) government held sway in the State.

He said it  is now  difficult to drive within the state city center let alone in the rural areas without taking your vehicle for repair.

John Bull made the  lamentations at the PDP Secretariat today Monday 3rd September, 2018 during the submition of letter of intent to run for the position of governor of plateau state in 2019 general election.

Shakarau who is currently serving at the lower House in the National Assembly added that our children can no longer attend public schools due to dilapidated or non availability facilities.

“You discover that our children can no longer go to public institutions because the facilities there are nothing to write home about, are we suppose to be going forward or backward? he lamented.

He further said in the good old days of plateau state before the coming of the APC government, the state is know for it brilliant performance in terms of education, but today ,the reverse is the case.

As he promised to inject new ideas into the state educational system if he is elected the Governor of the state come 2019.

” we will employ qualified teachers and paid them well for them to stay and be dedicated to the teaching job,as hard work will be rewarded. he maintained. ”

John Bull who was the Former Deputy Speaker of Plateau state Houses of Assembly assured his teeming supporter that if he  wins the governorship seat under  the People’s Democratic Party (PDP)  the state l will transform     couple with my wealth of experience.he said.

“I assure you l will deliver this state to PDP, l am a man that had paid my dues on the plateau, served on various capacities in government, l think l have learn a lot he said”.

He frowned at the situation were people  in the state can no longer sleep with two eyes close due to security challenges, and promised to tackle security in the state head on.

” By and large, l am not unaware of the challenges facing the state in the area of insecurity ,things is so bad to the essence that no day pass by without person or persons being killed either in the comfort of their home or in the farm ”

He assured the women in the state  that they will not be forgotten in the schemes of things.

“Our women,we will byfind entrepreneurial training for them,so that afterwards they can be useful to themselves,family and the country at large.”
